Functional G-codes is an app for therapist to easily report patients functional limitation ( G-Codes). It contains all the G-Codes for PT/OT/SLP, severity modifiers and some functional assessment tool and conversion tool to convert test results to severity modifiers.
The app is intended for PT/OT/SLP use in compliance with CMS(Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
